Family Advisor – In Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the resident recruitment initiative by building and nurturing relationships with potential residents and their families.

• Assess the unique needs of individual candidates.

• Create and sustain both internal and external marketing strategies.

• Establish referral networks and foster community relationships.

• Ensure optimal occupancy rates.

• Monitor and analyze resident movement trends.

• Act as the primary contact for prospective residents.

• Oversee the admission and assessment process in partnership with the community management team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in English both verbally and in writing.

• Ability to articulate a clear vision of the community and its offerings.

• Reliable and punctual with a professional and competent demeanor.

• Understanding of the physiology and psychology of older adults.

• Ability to recognize common signs and symptoms of dementia.

• Strong customer service aptitude and telephone marketing experience.

• Adaptable and flexible, focusing on meeting the needs of prospective residents and their families.

• Team-oriented with strong business partnership skills.

• Degree in marketing or a related field in human services is preferred.

• Previous experience in marketing to seniors, sales, senior housing, long-term care insurance, hospitality, or a relevant healthcare/personal care background is preferred.

• Proven success in achieving marketing and sales results.

• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus is required.

• Present a neat and clean appearance with a positive and cheerful attitude.

• Must have a clean driving record and a valid state-issued driver's license.

• Local travel is necessary.
