Faculty – MS in Artificial Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Instruct graduate-level courses within the MS in Artificial Intelligence programs, utilizing online and/or residency formats as assigned.

• Uphold instructional excellence that aligns with course objectives, accreditation standards, and program outcomes.

• Engage in the development of curriculum, assessment, and ongoing program enhancement.

• Offer academic advising and mentorship to graduate students.

• Participate in faculty meetings, program initiatives, and activities that contribute to university service.

• Collaborate with program leadership to foster student success, retention, and professional readiness.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Dean and Program Director.

• Fulfill other responsibilities and adhere to policies outlined in UC’s Faculty Handbook.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills along with effective oral and written communication capabilities.

• Proficient in using Blackboard effectively.

• Skilled in standard office and mobile applications.

• Expertise in Statistics, Python Programming, R Programming, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and/or Deep Learning.

• Doctoral/PhD degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Applied Computing, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of experience in online teaching at the university level for graduate courses.

• Ideally, the candidate should hail from an institution that is regionally accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

• A minimum of 18 graduate semester credit hours in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and/or Data Science.

• The candidate must reside in the United States.
