Factory Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Act as the F&P brand representative for appliance repairs at clients' residences.

• Evaluate and repair Fisher & Paykel products in customers' homes.

• Serve as the initial customer-facing contact for appliance repair services.

• Operate F&P-branded vans to travel to appointments and repair products within the designated region.

• Oversee van inventory and spare parts stock, including ordering parts as necessary.

• Timely completion of service paperwork and documentation.

• Communicate updates and challenges to clients and the internal team.

• Stay informed about products through training materials, service manuals, and training sessions.

• Work in partnership with the sales team to service dealers in the area.

⛳️ Requirements

• One to three years of experience in appliance repair and troubleshooting.

• Capability to read, interpret, and understand schematics, diagrams, and associated documents.

• Proficient in using tools and equipment necessary for diagnosing and completing repairs.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record.

• EPA certification for sealed system refrigeration repairs is preferred but not mandatory.

• Prior experience servicing Fisher & Paykel appliances is preferred.
