Facility Coordinator – NEMT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, community organizations, healthcare facilities, transportation providers, and other key stakeholders.

• Conduct frequent visits to enhance MediDrive's network and visibility.

• Serve as a liaison between MediDrive and local stakeholders.

• Organize and take part in outreach events, presentations, and informational sessions.

• Advocate for MediDrive's services and represent the organization within local communities.

• Gather data and feedback from field visits.

• Monitor outreach activities and share insights with the Facility Manager and relevant internal teams.

• Provide updates on outreach initiatives, stakeholder feedback, and areas for improvement.

• Assist in the execution of outreach initiatives and special projects.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team on wider communication strategies.

• Identify gaps in service delivery or outreach and work with the Facility Manager to create strategies.

• Keep a record of outreach activities, contact information, event participation, and stakeholder interactions.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in community outreach, public relations, or a related area.

• Experience in the healthcare or transportation sector is advantageous.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Proficient in digital communication.

• Competent in public speaking and delivering presentations.

• Ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

• Possess active listening skills, empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills are necessary.

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting capabilities.

• Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing environments while traveling.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Capable of using CRM or data management software.

• Familiarity with social media platforms.

• Ability to learn proprietary software systems for surveys, data/feedback collection, reporting, and communication.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

• Must have reliable access to a personal vehicle.

• Driving record must comply with the organization's standards.

• Must be able to use a hands-free mobile device for communication while driving.

• Must have or be capable of obtaining car insurance that meets organizational requirements.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight stays if necessary.
