This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for facilities management.
β’ Collaborate with the Regional Manager and Account Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality facility management services.
β’ Oversee facilities and plant operations teams, focusing on regulatory compliance, quality assurance, financial performance and reporting, as well as personnel management and development.
β’ Supervise and lead the plant operations team.
β’ Guarantee the efficient execution of Maintenance, Financial, CMMS, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance programs.
β’ Interpret and enforce procedures, company policies, and business practices.
β’ Maintain a thorough understanding of and ensure adherence to the Master Services Agreement and its relevant amendments or appendices.
β’ Manage financial performance related to Operational Facilities expenditures and comply with established budgets.
β’ Monitor trends and propose action plans for any underperforming KPI/SLA metrics.
β’ Oversee and assist with maintenance, projects, and vendor activities that support critical operations and functions.
β’ Ensure staff are trained in approved facility maintenance practices and procedures.
β’ Foster a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety and infection control policies and practices.
β’ Ensure building systems and equipment are maintained in accordance with State, Federal, and Local regulatory requirements.
β’ Assess compliance with NFPA101 Life Safety Code, Safety Management, Security Management, Hazardous Materials Management, and Waste standards.
β’ Carry out additional duties as assigned.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision.
β’ Proven managerial experience with budget oversight and personnel responsibilities.
β’ Strong organizational and management capabilities within matrixed organizations.
β’ Experience supervising both technical and administrative staff.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Strong presentation abilities.
β’ Proficient in MS Office and MS SharePoint.
β’ Competent in using CMMS/Work Order systems.
β’ Ability to monitor vendor performance during both regular hours and off-hours, including weekends when necessary.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
