This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Plan, budget, and schedule modifications to facilities, including estimating costs for equipment, labor, and materials.

β€’ Execute and/or supervise office relocations and closures across the HearingLife network nationwide.

β€’ Coordinate with external service providers such as plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, locksmiths, roofers, handymen, and landscapers.

β€’ Ensure that office-related issues are addressed, repaired, and maintained promptly.

β€’ Collaborate with the internal Real Estate Department to manage insurance claims.

β€’ Oversee the remediation of insurance claims until completion.

β€’ Review and authorize orders for services provided.

β€’ Relocate sound booths within the HearingLife network.

β€’ Dismantle sound booths and transport them to designated locations as necessary.

β€’ Work autonomously while managing multiple responsibilities; this role does not include direct reports.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ An associate degree is preferred, or at least three years of experience in Operational Management.

β€’ Project Management experience is essential.

β€’ A minimum of 5 years of project management experience is required.

β€’ Proven track record as a project manager.

β€’ Familiarity with the RFP bidding process is necessary.

β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or CAD is required.

β€’ Experience in managing multiple vendors at the same time.

β€’ Knowledge of work request ticketing systems is beneficial.

β€’ Comprehensive understanding of procedures, materials, and project management principles.

β€’ Familiarity with HIPAA, ADA, and health and safety regulations.

β€’ Strong skills in written and verbal communication, interpersonal relations, negotiation, and customer service.

β€’ Ability to multitask, work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently.

β€’ Capability to comprehend and communicate company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

β€’ Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.

β€’ Leadership qualities and a collaborative team-oriented approach are essential.

β€’ Willingness to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, customer-focused environment.

β€’ Travel may be required, up to 10% within the market.
