This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Schedule and manage work orders related to facilities.
β’ Assist centers, field facilities, and various KinderCare departments with utility-related inquiries, including opening and closing accounts, as well as submitting approvals and payments.
β’ Serve as a backup for opening and closing utility accounts for new or closing centers.
β’ Review and submit invoices for facilities to secure approval and payment.
β’ Offer thermostat troubleshooting and support to center directors.
β’ Provide administrative assistance to the facilities team, which includes electronic filing and processing of expense reports.
β’ Oversee vendor management.
β’ Support larger facilities projects, encompassing multi-center renovations and refreshes, fire and life safety initiatives, room conversions, product ordering, state grant projects, and national vendor RFPs.
β’ Collaborate with field teams and vendors to ensure centers operate safely and efficiently.
β’ High school diploma.
β’ Capability to maintain productivity in a remote setting.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles or customer service.
β’ Proficient in MS Office Suite.
β’ Experience with a work order system is preferred.
β’ Exceptional customer service skills.
β’ Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
β’ Organized and resourceful, with a keen attention to detail.
