This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assist the People Leader in managing the daily operations of the Facility
• Ensure the work environment is safe, comfortable, clean, and functional
• Carry out daily operational tasks and specific project initiatives
• Coordinate activities with vendors
• Provide assistance in facility repairs as necessary
• Guide the team through daily responsibilities
• Manage project activities, which include reconfiguring office spaces and collaborating with vendors
• Address inquiries regarding products and services, and resolve customer dissatisfaction related to site repairs and maintenance
• Respond to customer calls and tickets, following up to ensure issues are resolved
• Coordinate failure analysis of equipment and facility utilization to suggest repairs and schedule maintenance
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile data records to ensure secure asset storage
• Maintain a library of resource materials, supplies, and equipment
• Lead assessments of buildings for seating arrangements, cleanliness, repairs, and maintenance
• Oversee the CENTENE Safe Program for facilities within the portfolio
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Candidates must be residents of the New York City area
• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience is required
• A minimum of 4 years of facilities experience is necessary
