This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Address resident inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Record, track, and follow up on resident service requests and complaints.
• Disseminate property notices and appropriately direct calls.
• Oversee shared and individual email inboxes.
• Enter, assign, monitor, and document maintenance requests and work orders.
• Collaborate with supers, vendors, and property management staff to coordinate maintenance requests.
• Follow up on pending work orders and identify any delayed or stalled items.
• Manage vendor access for in-unit work, inspections, and property walkthroughs.
• Coordinate schedules and communicate any changes among vendors, residents, supers, and property management staff.
• Assist with unit turnovers, including activities related to move-ins and move-outs.
• Manage operational activities while being mindful of budgets, expenses, financial goals, and cost controls.
• Take part in weekly accounts receivable calls and engage in resident outreach.
• Keep precise accounts receivable notes and outreach records.
• Maintain and update property management software and digital tools.
• Identify inefficiencies and introduce process enhancements.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance systems and support technological advancements.
• Coordinate emergency situations with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Offer backup support to other properties during absences or peak demand periods.
• Assume additional responsibilities to foster overall community success.
• Stay responsive when occasional weekend or evening support is needed.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in property management.
• Prior customer service experience involving direct interaction with residents, customers, or clients.
• Practical experience using Yardi Voyager.
• Practical experience using Maintenance IQ.
• Experience in coordinating maintenance requests and work orders.
• Experience in collaborating with vendors and property management staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with residents and team members.
• Strong follow-through and ability to monitor issues until resolution.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced property management environment.
• Able to work independently without the need for constant step-by-step guidance.
• Availability during US business hours is required.
• Occasional weekend and evening work hours may be necessary.
• An updated resume highlighting property management and customer service experience.
• A brief introductory video detailing relevant experience, including hands-on expertise with Yardi Voyager and Maintenance IQ.
• A written response to the provided maintenance scenario.
