This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Deliver Next Gen Conference curriculum content to high school students over the course of one week.
• Conduct curriculum sessions in both large and small group settings.
• Offer guidance to participants and inspire students.
• Serve as a tour group leader.
• Introduce professionals from the industry.
• Manage discipline among conference participants when necessary.
• Engage in preconference training calls.
• Timely completion of expense reports.
• Arrange travel for the conference.
• Communicate with national FFA staff.
• Attend three to four days of planning and training prior to the conference.
• Continuously enhance the program and personal effectiveness as a trainer and leader.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A strong passion for or experience in the relevant career pathways.
• Capability to meet the mental and physical demands of the role.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Competence in working with a diverse range of internal and external individuals.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Skills in prioritizing, organizing, managing time, and multitasking effectively.

• Proficiency in using computers and the ability to make and receive phone calls.
• Confidence in public speaking to both small and large audiences.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and related software.
• Personal access to a computer or laptop and the ability to utilize it.
• High School Diploma or some college education.
• Previous FFA experience is preferred.
