This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and execution of Seetec and its subsidiary brands' narratives across various audiences and channels.

• Convert brand narratives into tailored messaging and positioning for diverse audiences, markets, and sectors.

• Integrate social impact and employee ownership principles into campaigns and public relations efforts.

• Implement strategic communication campaigns that enhance Seetec's market standing and reputation.

• Create case studies that highlight Seetec's expertise and positive contributions.

• Lead crisis communication initiatives with timely, clear, and consistent messaging.

• Collaborate with senior leaders on thought leadership materials and organizational positioning.

• Transform service outcomes, social value metrics, and business insights into external communications.

• Develop proactive media campaigns to boost visibility across national, regional, and sector-specific media outlets.

• Establish and nurture relationships with journalists, industry publications, and external influencers.

• Evaluate the impact of communications, enhance share of voice, and position Seetec as a leading authority on pertinent social and economic matters.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in strategic communications, public relations, or corporate communications.

• Strong experience in media relations and stakeholder engagement.

• Proficient in simplifying complex information, data, and business objectives into clear and engaging messaging.

• Experience in crafting compelling thought leadership content and influential communications.

• Familiarity with media monitoring platforms and journalist databases for outreach, targeting, and coverage analysis.

• Solid understanding of communication strategies for multiple audiences.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to influence stakeholders and cultivate effective relationships within a complex organization.

• Experience in public services, employability, skills, health, or justice sectors (preferred).

• Knowledge of government policy and commissioning environments (preferred).

• Experience in communicating social impact, social value, or ESG-related activities (preferred).

• Background in working within a multi-brand organization (preferred).

• May need to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, depending on the role.
