Expert Business Partner I – B2B

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the main People liaison for the Commercial Excellence and Trade & Execution directorates within the B2B Vice Presidency.

• Assist leaders in organizing and implementing change management initiatives.

• Ensure the execution of HR subsystems and cycles is carried out effectively.

• Convert the business challenges of the directorates into practical, actionable People plans.

• Serve as a trusted partner and mentor to executives, fostering enhanced team management maturity.

• Organize and facilitate organizational change in a turnaround context.

• Align business outcomes with people development, engagement, and cultural initiatives.

• Excellent influencing capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
