Experienced Trader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Create innovative trading strategies using proprietary software.

• Tailor existing trading strategies to enhance performance.

• Engage in diverse marketplaces, including global futures, equities, commodities, options, fixed income, and cryptocurrencies.

• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting that prioritizes continuous integration and test-driven development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in technical fields such as electrical engineering or computer science.

• Over 5 years of experience in high-volume trading environments.

• Preference for candidates with light programming skills involving multi-dimensional arrays, nested loops, complex conditionals, and basic file I/O.

• Preference for individuals proficient in C++ and/or Python.

• Strong mathematical skills are essential.

• Demonstrated ability to create new, profitable trading strategies.

• Valued team player who can also think independently.

• Ability to communicate effectively in high-pressure situations.

• Capable of adapting to changing circumstances with ease.

• Proven track record of exercising sound judgment while trading.
