Experienced Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer – Complex Injury

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Effectively managing a personal caseload of intricate injury cases to guarantee that deadlines are met and cases are proactively guided to completion.

• Formulating a clear case strategy that is consistently followed, ensuring cases are conducted smoothly while balancing the commercial interests of both the Firm and the client.

• Collaborating with Partners on multi-million-pound claims.

• Ensuring that work is performed effectively to satisfy the clients’ needs, the firm’s commercial requirements, and quality standards, including:

• Adherence to internal and client SLAs, KPIs, and protocols.

• Achievement of established financial targets.

• Timely billing and collection of WIP and disbursements.

• Prompt and accurate provision of management information.

• Applying relevant and up-to-date technical expertise and case law.

• Effectively handling risk and compliance matters within each case, ensuring any emerging issues are escalated promptly.

• Engaging with clients as appropriate to maximize opportunities for building rapport, consistently acting as an ambassador for the firm.

• Contributing to business development and client relationship initiatives in support of the Client Relationship Partner.

• Maintaining and enhancing technical knowledge through participation in training sessions and reviewing relevant publications.
