Experienced Sales Call Center Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide inbound first-level support for current customers

• Deliver technical assistance regarding television, telephone, and internet issues

• Offer product recommendations based on customer needs and optimize contracts

• Engage in sales during each call

• Participate in a three-week paid onboarding program during a set early shift

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates transitioning careers are not considered; we are looking for experienced support and sales professionals

• Minimum of 1 year of call center experience, preferably in technical service within the telecommunications sector

• At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven record of meeting sales targets

• Must be reliably available during the specified working hours

• No concurrent employment allowed

• Proficient in German (C1 level)

• Must reside in Germany
