Experienced Payroll Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Process payroll for a varied portfolio of clients

• Gather variable payroll information

• Generate payslips and social security declarations in accordance with various collective bargaining agreements

• Oversee employee administration from onboarding to offboarding

• Keep track of employment and social legislation related to multiple collective bargaining agreements

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients in the portfolio

• Provide guidance to business owners and corporate directors

• Actively contribute to the agency’s advisory services

• Work in collaboration with the Social Services team at the Bayonne office

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional qualification in payroll management

• 3–4 years of experience in a payroll management role

• Prior experience in an accounting firm is an advantage

• Expertise in Silae payroll software

• Proficient with an internal document management system (DMS) and Microsoft Office applications

• Inquisitive, dynamic, and detail-oriented

• Strong enthusiasm for digital technologies

• Driven to enhance expertise in client advisory and, over time, in people management

• Excellent teamwork abilities
