Experienced Associate – Transfer Pricing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver tax and transfer pricing solutions for multinational groups based in the US and abroad.

• Collaborate with CBIZ team members and client staff remotely or on-site at client locations.

• Engage in international tax and transfer pricing initiatives involving planning, execution, compliance, and support during controversies.

• Aid in the research, development of analyses, execution, and delivery of transfer pricing projects under the guidance of senior team members.

• Take part in client interviews to collect information necessary for transfer pricing reports.

• Evaluate financial and economic data utilizing statistical sampling tools.

• Examine and interpret U.S. GAAP financial statements.

• Conduct research on comparable publicly traded entities.

• Support the Transfer Pricing Leadership team with initiatives for practice development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Completion of at least one "busy season" is required.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all levels of the organization, internally and externally.

• Competence in utilizing relevant technology.

• Willingness to travel based on client and business requirements.

• Experience in transfer pricing is essential.

• Preferred: A Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Taxation, or a related discipline.

• Preferred: A minimum of one year of experience in a transfer pricing role within a professional services firm or in-house.

• Preferred: Familiarity with TP Catalyst, Capital IQ, Royalty Range, Bloomberg IBIS World, or other similar resources.
