Experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Provide safe and high-quality concierge aesthetic services in clients' residences.

• Administer neurotoxin injections.

• Execute microneedling procedures.

• Carry out chemical peel treatments.

• Offer skincare and at-home facial experiences.

• Serve clients obtained through Pinch marketing and the provider's personal network.

• Maintain precise documentation and timely client records.

• Manage supplies in a responsible manner.

• Adhere to Pinch protocols and clinical standards.

• Collaborate with fellow Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team.

• Utilize the Pinch platform to retain clients, conduct outreach, and expand the provider's clientele.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active Minnesota APRN license (full practice authority preferred).

• Experience with injectables, particularly neurotoxin injections.

• Ability to treat independently with confidence.

• Previous experience in aesthetics within a clinical environment such as a med spa, dermatology clinic, plastic surgery, or concierge care.

• Excellent patient communication skills.

• Professional demeanor.

• Strong commitment to safety protocols.

• Preferred: an existing client base or a proven ability to establish one through networking.

• Preferred: enthusiasm for events, influencer collaborations, photoshoots, and local community initiatives.

• Availability to provide treatment for 10–50 clients per month.
