Expansion Manager, Chile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Expand and enhance Distribusion’s worldwide network of airport bus, rail, and public transport providers.

• Oversee the entire partnership process, which includes ongoing support, contract management, and defining product scope.

• Facilitate the cross-selling of products and services, including White-Labels, BI tools, and Mobile Booking Solutions.

• Examine data to assess partner performance and uncover opportunities within the global retail network.

• Work in tandem with technology, product, retail, and finance teams on integration, ramp-up phases, and ongoing operations.

• Initiate and expand commercial partnerships with ground transportation providers and retailers in LATAM.

• Report directly to the Director of New Markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development.

• Preferably experienced in a high-growth company environment.

• Background in technology/software, travel agencies, transportation, or logistics is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Strong enthusiasm for sales and partner management.

• Proven ability to meet and surpass targets.

• Capability to juggle multiple objectives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting with minimal supervision.

• Robust networking mindset and the ability to cultivate sustainable relationships.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish.

• International exposure at the university level or in a high-performance role.

• Motivated, ambitious, and willing to engage in hands-on work.

• Accountability and ownership for a specific problem area.
