Marketing Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Define and develop the creative strategy for one of our initiatives.

• Establish priorities for creative production and assist in planning processes.

• Oversee the entire creative development process: formulate hypotheses, choose ideas, and manage production.

• Evaluate creative performance and hypotheses, transforming insights into actionable recommendations for the production team.

• Enhance creative analytics tools in partnership with the Marketing Analytics team.

• Track and assess trends, best practices, and the mobile advertising market.

• Sustain the Creative Knowledge Base and disseminate pertinent insights to the team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

• Perform thorough market research and establish a framework for analyzing creative content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in a comparable role within GameDev, with a portfolio showcasing successful creative production.

• Profound knowledge of the mobile gaming and mobile advertising landscape.

• Strong understanding of advertising channels, placements, and performance marketing strategies.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the complete production process for art, video, and playable ads.

• Experience with creative performance data and analytics.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools and generative technologies in creative production workflows.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to generate, prioritize, and assess ideas.

• Experience launching creative production for new games from the ground up is a plus.
