Executive Partner – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the strategic right-hand partner to a founder or CEO based in the US.

• Anticipate the needs of the executive and safeguard their time.

• Oversee the strategic calendar and inbox, prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Create executive-level research, reports, and presentations to aid decision-making.

• Coordinate both business and personal priorities across various functions.

• Manage travel arrangements, logistics, and meeting coordination.

• Serve as a reliable gatekeeper and the primary point of contact for the executive.

• Proactively seek ways to enhance the executive’s personal and business life.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting a founder, CEO, or C-suite executive, preferably having progressed from an assistant to a chief-of-staff or Executive Partner-level position.

• Proven experience managing all aspects of an inbox, calendar, CRM, and client communication workflows.

• A systematic approach to inbox triage, calendar management, and prioritizing strategic, operational, and urgent tasks.

• Capability to analyze an executive’s writing style and draft compelling communications on their behalf.

• Experience acting as a representative for an executive during client calls, meetings, or board discussions.

• Strong proficiency in configuring CRM and task management tools such as Asana, Monday, or ClickUp.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain composure under pressure, including accountability for mistakes and driving process improvements.

• Evidence of proactively developing tools, identifying potential issues early, or suggesting new projects.

• Proven track record with measurable outcomes linked to personal contributions.
