This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Act as a trusted advisor to Senior Vice Presidents, Executive Vice Presidents, and Chief Supply Chain Officers within Global 1000 companies and government entities.
β’ Identify critical priorities, propel key initiatives, and accomplish strategic business goals.
β’ Provide guidance on strategy, organizational transformation, leadership development, and execution by utilizing Gartner insights and best practices.
β’ Oversee 25β30 member relationships and engage in account planning alongside Gartner Leadership Client Managers and Account Executives.
β’ Assist members in achieving Mission Critical Priorities by effectively leveraging relevant Gartner assets.
β’ Utilize subject matter expertise to formulate service solutions for members and multi-member accounts.
β’ Evaluate member needs and design tailored engagement plans that align with product strategy and deliverables.
β’ Define and deliver innovative solutions.
β’ Plan and conduct on-site client briefings at client locations.
β’ Engage in all stages of the member lifecycle: pre-sale, onboarding, relationship management, delivery, review, and renewal.
β’ Enhance member retention and regional growth through prospect cultivation, development of account plans, and demonstrating value in collaboration with Gartner Sales.
β’ Host or participate in on-site member activities, such as workshops, research analyst visits, round tables, and webinars.
β’ Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams.
β’ Share ideas and initiate initiatives to elevate team performance.
β’ Over 15 years of operational or consulting experience in supply chain or operations management, and/or supply chain systems and solutions.
β’ More than 10 years of experience globally leading two or more functions: planning, sourcing, manufacturing, delivery, and business systems.
β’ At least 7 years of experience managing supply chains in high-tech industries.
β’ Proven experience in strategy development, organizational design, initiative management, application of metrics, and awareness of key industry trends.
β’ Experience in launching new products and services as part of the supply chain function.
β’ Excellent relationship management abilities.
β’ Proficient in coaching, mentoring, and challenging senior-level leaders.
β’ Superior verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in engineering or business administration; a Master's degree is preferred.
β’ Supply chain certifications are preferred.
β’ Strong skills in time management and client portfolio management.
β’ Capable of leading and managing ambiguous situations.
β’ Ability to operate with minimal administrative support.
β’ Competence in collaborating with internal cross-functional teams.
β’ Willingness to travel 25% or more.
