This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assume full responsibility for projects from inception to completion, overseeing deadlines, priorities, deliverables, and follow-ups.
• Design, implement, and sustain organized systems, processes, and project management methodologies.
• Handle multiple projects and competing priorities while guaranteeing timely delivery.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration with freelancers, contractors, and creative partners.
• Discover opportunities to enhance processes, organization, and operational productivity.
• Provide the client with updates and progress reports regarding initiatives, project status, and deliverables.
• Oversee the client’s calendar, meetings, scheduling, and daily administrative tasks.
• Organize files, documents, digital records, and administrative systems.
• Document, categorize, and maintain expense reports and related documentation.
• Facilitate coordination between the client and external stakeholders, collaborators, and vendors.
• Assist with follow-ups, correspondence, and other administrative duties.
• Contribute to podcast and media projects, including basic video/audio editing.
• Offer creative assistance in graphic design or copywriting as needed.
• Organize and manage creative assets and project documentation.
• Adhere to client direction while exercising independent creative judgment.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, project management, administrative support, or similar fields.
• Proven experience managing executive priorities, schedules, appointments, and administrative coordination.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in utilizing productivity and communication tools (Slack, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, or similar platforms).
• Familiarity with creative projects, journalism, photography, or media production.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously without micromanagement.
• Experience in coordinating and delegating tasks effectively.
• Background in collaborating with solopreneurs or creative professionals.
• Understanding of podcast production workflows.
• Experience managing several creative projects at once.
• Knowledge of social media content management.
• Basic skills in video/audio editing, graphic design, or copywriting.
• A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace prepared for remote work.
• Currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work there.
