Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Guide clients throughout the loan process, from application to closing, while addressing any client concerns.

• Develop and sustain relationships with referral sources and professionals to promote the Rocket brand.

• Consult with clients and assess their financial situations to identify suitable loan products.

• Review credit, employment, income, assets, property, and other relevant documents for financing eligibility.

• Nurture relationships with mortgage referral sources and highlight the benefits of partnering with Rocket Mortgage.

• Educate and inform clients regarding home-buying and refinancing procedures.

• Create, enhance, and manage a portfolio of business to increase referral volume and revenue.

• Deliver exceptional service to both referral sources and clients.

• Remain updated on product offerings, qualification criteria, and any process modifications.

• Represent the Rocket brand at civic and community events to aid in business development and lead generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in mortgage loan origination.

• Possession of state and federal licenses.

• Demonstrated success in obtaining referrals and generating lead volume.

• Strong professional communication, time management, results-oriented mindset, teamwork, and critical/strategic thinking abilities.

• Preferred: At least 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.

• Motivation to work and advance within an entrepreneurial setting.
