Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Guide clients through the loan process from application to closing, including addressing client concerns.

• Foster and maintain connections with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, friends, family, and past clients.

• Consult with clients and evaluate their financial situations to identify suitable loan products.

• Assess client financial status and documents, including credit, employment, income, assets, and property.

• Develop relationships with mortgage referral sources and promote the advantages of partnering with Rocket Mortgage.

• Educate and advise clients on the home-buying or refinancing process, as well as mortgage management.

• Create, develop, and sustain a portfolio of business to enhance referral volume and revenue.

• Deliver exceptional client service to referral sources and clients.

• Stay updated on Rocket Mortgage product offerings, qualification criteria, and process modifications.

• Represent the Rocket brand at community and civic events to foster business development and lead generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination.

• Possession of state and federal licenses.

• Demonstrated success in obtaining referrals and generating lead volume.

• Strong professional communication, time management, results-oriented, teamwork, and critical/strategic thinking abilities.

• Preferred: At least 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.

• A desire to thrive and grow in an entrepreneurial setting.
