Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, friends, family, and previous clients to promote the Rocket brand and assist homebuyers or homeowners in securing real estate financing.

• Act as a representative of the Rocket brand at civic and community events to foster business development and enhance lead generation.

• Create, develop, and maintain a portfolio of clients to boost referral volume and revenue.

• Consult with clients and assess their financial situations to identify suitable loan products.

• Guide and inform clients about the home-buying or refinancing processes and mortgage management.

• Review client financial status and documentation, including credit, employment, income, assets, and property, to ascertain financing eligibility.

• Support clients from the application stage to closing and address any concerns that arise.

• Deliver exceptional client service to referral sources and clients alike.

• Keep up to date with Rocket Mortgage product offerings, qualifying criteria, and any process changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in mortgage loan origination, with a demonstrated ability to generate referrals and lead volume.

• Hold a Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses.

• Possess strong professional communication, time management, and critical/strategic thinking skills.

• Results-oriented, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Minimum of 3 years of successful self-generated mortgage loan origination experience (preferred).

• A strong desire to thrive and expand in an entrepreneurial environment (preferred).
