This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main liaison between physician practice affiliates, physicians, service line leaders, and the RCM operational team.
• Gather and compile RCM performance KPI data, action items, and updates for process improvements across the enterprise.
• Convey performance metrics, technology updates, outsourcing decisions, workflow modifications, and RCM project remediation efforts to stakeholders.
• Oversee Directors of Client Services, ensuring support is accurate, timely, and consistent.
• Provide updates regarding remediation projects and operational changes that impact aging, net revenue, patient experience, or financial outcomes.
• Address and resolve high-priority escalations, including concerns related to patient relations.
• Prepare and deliver monthly RCM financial performance results at Affiliate Board Meetings and to service line leaders.
• Engage in Monthly Operational Review and monthly Financial Close Meetings.
• Prioritize and address questions and requests from affiliates and service line leaders, coordinating with relevant RCM functional areas.
• Maintain an understanding of affiliate operational goals and challenges, adapting communication and recommendations accordingly.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for ongoing improvement in service delivery and financial outcomes.
• Document and monitor communications, escalations, resolutions, and project statuses.
• Execute other position-related tasks as assigned.
• Uphold high standards of ethical conduct and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Previous experience managing various RCM functional areas.
• A minimum of 2 years in a senior role within RCM Client Services.
• At least 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management across multiple functions, client services, or healthcare operations.
• Demonstrated experience in account management or stakeholder engagement within a healthcare environment, preferably in a multi-specialty or physician group setting.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate financial performance data effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• High emotional intelligence and diplomacy in dealing with escalated issues and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Exceptional follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with RCM PM, EMR, and Intake systems.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with internal operations and external clinical leaders.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, action-oriented mindset, and accountability.
• Capability to translate complex revenue cycle concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to operate with urgency, professionalism, and precision in high-stakes environments.
• Compliance with Solaris Health Code of Conduct and applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Adherence to HIPAA confidentiality standards.
• Timely completion of Annual Compliance Training.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
• Occasional travel to affiliate locations for board meetings and stakeholder engagement, not expected to exceed 10% of work time.
