This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.
• Establish the creative vision and standards for a prominent health and wellness account with an emphasis on women's health.
• Collaborate with agency and client leadership to influence business strategies and elevate creative aspirations.
• Direct integrated efforts across brand, social media, content, influencers, digital, retail, commerce, experiential, CRM, out-of-home, and video platforms.
• Foster trust and produce clear, empathetic, inclusive, and motivating work addressing sensitive health topics.
• Act as a senior creative partner for the client, delivering executive-level presentations and strategic counsel.
• Develop, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Guide teams from insights and ideation through production and launch phases.
• Collaborate with strategy, medical, legal, regulatory, account management, production, media, experience, and commerce teams.
• Leverage innovation, technology, and AI to enhance creative exploration, personalization, production, and relevance.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and assist in shaping new briefs, capabilities, and operational methods.
• Oversee creative scoping, team assignments, delivery risks, barriers, and quality across multiple concurrent projects.
• Report directly to the US Chief Creative Officer.
• Over 15 years of experience in creative leadership within an agency, brand, health, wellness, consumer, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading health and wellness initiatives; background in women's health or a related category is highly preferred.
• A portfolio that showcases exceptional integrated work across various brand and channel ecosystems, including social, content, retail, commerce, digital, experiential, out-of-home, video, CRM, creator, and influencer work.
• Demonstrated ability to construct a central creative concept and adapt it throughout the entire customer journey.
• Experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams and handling complex client relationships.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to engage senior stakeholders and defend creative proposals.
• Comfortable working in regulated or high-scrutiny sectors and collaborating with medical, legal, and regulatory partners.
• Proven track record in attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing creative talent.
• Bachelor's degree in advertising, design, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
