Associate Creative Director, Art – Pharmaceutical HCP Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Create and implement visually captivating concepts that align with the brand's vision.

• Provide artistic direction across various multimedia platforms.

• Work closely with the Creative Director and collaborate with other team members.

• Direct creative projects and work cooperatively as part of a larger team.

• Present and clearly articulate creative solutions and their relevance to client challenges.

• Lead pitching initiatives and presentations.

• Anticipate potential issues and adapt to challenges throughout the creative process.

• Contribute to the overall well-being of the Creative department.

• Assist in expanding new business opportunities by leveraging industry insights.

• Enhance both clients' brands and the agency's brand.

• Exhibit a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing development, inclusive actions, and proactive bias management.

• Execute all other tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education combined with relevant professional experience is required.

• Over 8 years of experience in digital, print, traditional, and trade marketing.

• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, including disease states and product science, therapeutic industry standards, legal limitations, and competitive markets.

• Highly conceptual thinker.

• Agency of Record (AOR) experience is required.

• Background in working with therapeutic clients.

• A portfolio showcasing strategic and aesthetically pleasing work.

• Strong management and supervisory skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of both creative and strategic dimensions of advertising and leadership.

• High proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma.
