This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the commercial operations for the US and Canada across SEI and Intelerad.
• Take ownership of USCAN orders, revenue, growth, retention, and overall commercial success.
• Formulate and implement a cohesive USCAN commercial strategy in collaboration with Global Commercial, Product, Engineering, Services, and regional leadership.
• Define market, segment, and account priorities, converting them into actionable pipeline and execution plans.
• Enhance forecasting accuracy, manage the pipeline, enforce pricing discipline, ensure deal governance, and maintain operational rigor.
• Participate in strategic and complex customer engagements as the executive sponsor and point of escalation.
• Oversee the commercial integration of SEI and Intelerad within the USCAN region.
• Convert the rationale for the Intelerad acquisition into outcomes for cross-selling, new logo acquisition, retention, and segment expansion.
• Establish account ownership, engagement rules, and opportunity governance among commercial teams.
• Transition from co-marketing to co-selling and integrated selling.
• Collaborate with Product, Services, Finance, Legal, and Commercial Operations to enhance revenue synergies.
• Identify and address customer and revenue risks, safeguarding installed bases and minimizing attrition.
• Broaden market reach across health systems, hospitals, imaging centers, radiology groups, and cloud-based care models.
• Drive new logo acquisition and enhance share-of-wallet growth.
• Develop cross-sell strategies across enterprise imaging, image exchange, advanced visualization, cardiology, AI/orchestration, and digital capabilities.
• Cultivate relationships with senior healthcare executives.
• Guide the transition to enterprise solutions, cloud, subscription, and SaaS commercial models.
• Create outcome-oriented commercial capabilities for complex platform selling.
• Collaborate with Product leadership on prioritizing portfolios, packaging, and roadmap decisions.
• Design pricing, packaging, and incentive strategies to support recurring revenue growth.
• Foster a unified customer-first experience for SEI and Intelerad throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Work with Services and Customer Success on transitions from opportunity development through renewal and expansion.
• Strengthen executive sponsorship and strategic account management.
• Utilize customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends to fine-tune strategy.
• Evaluate the combined commercial organization and outline future capabilities, structure, and talent needs.
• Build a leadership pipeline and succession plan.
• Attract, develop, and retain high-performing commercial talent in software.
• Establish an operational rhythm across pipeline, orders, revenue, retention, win/loss analysis, pricing, and productivity.
• Implement GE HealthCare Heartbeat and lean principles.
• Leverage data and market intelligence to optimize territory coverage, resource allocation, productivity, and investment.
• Collaborate with Finance to foster profitable growth and favorable investment returns.
• Over 15 years of progressive experience in commercial leadership.
• Extensive experience in enterprise software, healthcare technology, SaaS, cloud, or digital solutions.
• Proven success in leading large, complex commercial organizations with responsibility for significant revenue and growth objectives.
• Experience in selling mission-critical enterprise software and platforms to complex healthcare organizations or similarly sophisticated enterprise clients.
• Background in leading significant transformations, including M&A integration, SaaS transformation, product-to-solution selling, commercial organization redesign, and entry into new customer segments.
• A strong track record of meeting ambitious sales targets while transforming an organization.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise sales cycles, strategic account management, contracting, pricing, and complex solution selling.
• Experience in building executive-level customer relationships and navigating multi-stakeholder buying environments.
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Services, Finance, and other departments.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including knowledge of recurring revenue, ARR, retention, and SaaS economics.
• A lean mindset with the capability to create operational rigor without compromising speed or entrepreneurial spirit.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States and Canada.
• Proven track record of achieving ambitious commercial goals.
• Capabilities in executive-level relationship management.
• Strong business, financial, and strategic insight.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
