📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive financial research, benchmarking studies, industry assessments, and company evaluations to facilitate valuation and analytical outcomes.

• Gather, structure, and verify raw data from various databases, research tools, and online resources.

• Convert user and stakeholder specifications into organized analytical results and implementable insights.

• Create presentations, reports, valuation summaries, dashboards, and other analytical deliverables.

• Utilize trading comparables, DCF, LBO, and merger math modeling methodologies.

• Develop financial models and analytical reports.

• Execute quality assurance checks on models, analyses, and presentations.

• Prepare client-ready valuation presentations, benchmarking reports, and industry insights.

• Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance assignment delivery and improve processes.

• Stay updated on sector-specific trends, macroeconomic factors, and industry changes.

• Assist in daily team operations and foster client relationships.

• Recognize opportunities for business expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Finance.

• MBA degree.

• Expertise in Financial Modelling.

• Extensive experience in market research and financial analysis.

• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies.

• Familiarity with essential economic and financial principles.

• Insight into sector-specific factors pertinent to company valuation.

• Proficiency in accounting basics.

• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
