This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create designs for vinyl pools and steel panels using provided dimensional data.

• Meet business objectives by producing high-quality designs within set deadlines.

• Utilize training and feedback to enhance efficiency and precision.

• Operate in a fast-paced, high-volume production design setting.

• Leverage existing tools and systems for product design.

• Build effective working relationships with both internal and international teams.

• Implement constructive feedback for personal growth and development.

• Manage confidential information, including reports, manuals, and designs, with discretion.

• Contribute to the business by working Saturdays during peak months.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in any discipline; Mechanical and Civil preferred.

• A degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is required.

• Proficiency in Inventor or SolidWorks is essential.

• Relevant certification is preferred.

• A minimum of 0–3 years of experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

• Experience in the swimming pool industry is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

• Strong skills in mathematics, attention to detail, time management, and multitasking.

• A self-motivated learner with a high degree of accuracy.

• Ability to perform under pressure, particularly during peak seasons.

• Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to assess customer requirements.

• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
