This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage access requests for new accounts, transfers, and terminations.

• Verify requests in accordance with policy and manage access provisioning or de-provisioning within vendor portals.

• Maintain and update the entitlement inventory.

• Facilitate same-day termination processing for departing employees utilizing JML triggers from HR.

• Assist with invoice reconciliation and identify idle or unused licenses.

• Compile evidence packs for recertification and vendor audits.

• Identify usage or billing discrepancies for review by the Team Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• 1–4 years of experience (junior to mid-level).

• Proficient in processing access requests via mailbox/ITSM and structured tickets.

• Familiarity with access provisioning and de-provisioning across vendor portals.

• Experience in maintaining entitlement inventories.

• Capable of supporting same-day termination processing using JML triggers from HR.

• Background in assisting with invoice reconciliation and recognizing idle or unused licenses.

• Skill in preparing evidence packs for recertification and vendor audits.

• Ability to flag usage or billing anomalies for further review.
