This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Prepare, process, and maintain correspondence, reports, and records in line with established procedures.
• Oversee calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel plans for team members.
• Address internal and external inquiries, resolving standard issues or escalating them when necessary.
• Manage both physical and electronic office filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with data entry, document verification, and updates to databases or systems.
• Provide support for event planning tasks, including logistics, material preparation, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor and procure office supplies to ensure they are available and cost-effective.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• At least 2–3 years of administrative or clerical experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the operation of basic office equipment is essential.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and enterprise systems is preferred.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of database systems and document management tools is beneficial.
• Fluency in the English language is required.
