This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Deliver administrative assistance to support the priorities, initiatives, and activities of executive leadership.
• Draft and evaluate executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
• Oversee executive calendars by scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and managing requests based on priorities.
• Organize and facilitate executive meetings, board activities, and leadership events, including preparing agendas and materials.
• Monitor executive priorities, deliverables, and follow-up actions to aid in timely decision-making.
• Provide high-level administrative assistance to executive and senior leadership.
• Act as a primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support leadership priorities and governance activities, ensuring efficient operations and decision-making.
• Manage sensitive information with discretion.
• High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of clerical and office management experience, which includes assisting a senior leader or executive; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Candidates must reside within Trillium’s service areas in North Carolina, which include Anson, Bertie, Beaufort, Bladen, Brunswick, Camden, Chowan, Carteret, Columbus, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Duplin, Edgecombe, Gates, Greene, Guilford, Halifax, Hertford, Hoke, Hyde, Jones, Lee, Lenoir, Martin, Montgomery, Moore, Nash, New Hanover, Northampton, Onslow, Pamlico, Pasquotank, Pender, Perquimans, Pitt, Randolph, Richmond, Robeson, Sampson, Scotland, Tyrrell, Warren, Washington, Wayne, and Wilson counties.
