This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
β’ Oversee a dynamic and intricate calendar that includes internal leadership meetings, strategic evaluations, customer and partner interactions, as well as cross-functional operational rhythms.
β’ Organize both domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and associated expense management.
β’ Anticipate the needs of executives, safeguard their time, and ensure they are well-prepared for crucial meetings, decisions, and engagements.
β’ Prepare and coordinate briefing documents, agendas, background information, and follow-up tasks for executive gatherings.
β’ Assist in maintaining the operational cadence of the organization, which includes scheduling meetings, team checkpoints, and priority reviews.
β’ Serve as a professional point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Ensure follow-through on action items by tracking commitments, highlighting deadlines, and collaborating across various functions.
β’ Work alongside the Office of the President, other executive assistants, and cross-functional partners to synchronize executive schedules and priorities.
β’ Enhance administrative processes, improve communication flow, and refine executive support practices.
β’ Facilitate the onboarding process for new members of the Revenue Operations team.
β’ Provide executive assistance to the SVP of Revenue Operations and offer additional support to the immediate leadership team.
β’ This position is remote, based on the West Coast of the United States, and aligned with Pacific Time.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth, or highly matrixed setting.
β’ Proven capability to manage complex scheduling, global travel across time zones, and competing priorities with minimal supervision.
β’ Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by a polished and professional demeanor.
β’ Established track record of handling highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
β’ Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
β’ Comfort in collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, both inside and outside the organization.
β’ Ability to swiftly adapt, remain composed under pressure, and uphold a high standard of execution.
β’ Willingness to travel as necessary.
β’ Demonstrated experience leveraging AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business results.
β’ Experience working with executive leadership teams and navigating highly dynamic operational environments.
β’ Proven ability to build trust quickly and serve as an extension of an executive leader.
β’ High proficiency with Google Suite, including calendar management, travel planning, presentations, expense tracking, and collaboration tools.
β’ Familiarity with and experience using generative AI and agentic tools to accomplish complex tasks efficiently.
β’ Background in event and off-site planning.
