πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Deliver impactful, strategic, and confidential support to C-level executives.

β€’ Collaborate with and offer administrative assistance to the Executive Leadership Team, including SVP and VP leaders.

β€’ Serve as a liaison between C-level executives, senior leadership, Board members, and both internal and external partners.

β€’ Oversee executive priorities, time management, information handling, and resource allocation.

β€’ Prepare briefing materials for executives, decision memos, presentations, correspondence, and talking points.

β€’ Manage intricate, high-volume calendars and executive workflows.

β€’ Triage communications and either resolve or escalate issues as necessary.

β€’ Handle sensitive organizational, personnel, and financial data with care.

β€’ Investigate issues, collect data, and present recommendations or solutions.

β€’ Plan and facilitate executive meetings, Board sessions, strategic reviews, and leadership off-site events.

β€’ Organize complex domestic and international travel arrangements.

β€’ Lead and support cross-functional projects while tracking organizational initiatives, milestones, KPIs, and deliverables.

β€’ Enhance processes, workflows, documentation, communication, and coordination tools.

β€’ Mentor or guide other administrative professionals when appropriate.

β€’ Make decisions regarding scheduling, communication routing, information flow, and issue escalation.

β€’ Support executive decision-making, organizational planning, and strategic direction.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

β€’ Over 7 years of experience in providing executive-level administrative support.

β€’ Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting VP-level executives or higher.

β€’ Experience in dynamic, high-growth, or matrixed organizations is strongly preferred.

β€’ Exceptional judgment, discretion, and decision-making abilities are required.

β€’ Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

β€’ Strong business acumen is essential.

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

β€’ Capability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and work independently.

β€’ High proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

β€’ Ability to foster strong relationships across all organizational levels.

β€’ Comfort in navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex situations.

β€’ Required degrees must be obtained from accredited institutions recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
