This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Propel the adoption and ongoing use of Medtronic’s AI-driven GI Genius platform.
• Collaborate with enterprise health systems, MSOs, IDNs, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician offices.
• Facilitate technology integration, clinical adoption, and realization of long-term value.
• Oversee enterprise customer-level sales and market development initiatives.
• Increase utilization within the installed base and share best practices across the broader commercial team.
• Meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, executive negotiations, and enterprise contracts.
• Act as a commercial authority in Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).
• Formulate and implement growth strategies at the territory level.
• Partner with marketing, health economics, clinical, operations, and executive leadership.
• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with health system leaders, physicians, administrators, and key opinion leaders.
• Provide customer-specific workflow, economic, and clinical strategies.
• Conduct clinical product demonstrations, physician training, and on-site adoption assistance.
• Serve as a clinical and technical advisor throughout the evaluation, implementation, and post-installation optimization phases.
• Ensure proper CRM usage, pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and visibility of opportunities.
• Complete reporting, manage expenses, and ensure training compliance.
• Adhere to Medtronic policies, compliance standards, and the Code of Conduct.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75%.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 10+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate's Degree and 8+ years, OR Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years in sales, clinical, or related fields within medical devices, med tech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• 9+ years of experience in complex, quota-driven commercial roles with a demonstrated record of top-tier performance.
• Experience in enterprise-level solution selling within healthcare technology, software (SaaS), or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).
• Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and being recognized as a high achiever.
• Experience leading lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales processes within IDNs, MSOs, hospitals, or ASC networks.
• Strong clinical and business insight.
• Experience selling in procedural or physician-driven clinical settings.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and lead cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft O365.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication abilities.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
• Candidate must be a resident within the designated territory.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment for roles below the Principal level.
