
Executive Advisor β Transformational Gifts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
β’ Oversee a portfolio of donors and drive revenue through the qualification, cultivation, solicitation, closing, and stewardship of gifts exceeding $10M.
β’ Develop, enhance, and implement strategies for engaging individuals, families, and foundations capable of making transformative contributions.
β’ Offer strategic internal consulting to relationship managers on donor communication, gift strategies, relationship development, and solicitation efforts.
β’ Collaborate with the SVP β Transformational Giving, C-Suite executives, and clinical or operational hospital leaders on significant donor cultivation efforts.
β’ Prepare and mentor leaders for crucial donor meetings, events, and stewardship activities.
β’ Assist advisory boards and councils in planning impactful virtual and on-campus engagement opportunities.
β’ Utilize volunteer networks to discover and nurture new transformative relationships.
β’ Co-create tailored proposals and transformational investment opportunities that align with donor aspirations and the institutional mission.
β’ Lead and support high-profile philanthropic initiatives, institutional anniversaries, enterprise-wide campaigns, and research-focused funding priorities.
β’ Shape campaign strategies, donor experiences, and customized approaches for complex, time-sensitive opportunities.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
β’ Proven track record in closing and/or advising on philanthropic conversations involving 8- and 9-figure amounts, preferably in healthcare, higher education, or a complex mission-driven organization.
β’ Bachelorβs degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
β’ A natural coach and facilitator, capable of building confidence and skills in others while respecting their authentic leadership styles.
β’ Ability to comprehend and translate a diverse array of in-depth research initiatives and clinical care innovations into compelling, donor-centered opportunities.
β’ Comfortable working in highly matrixed organizations and influencing without formal authority.
β’ Outstanding emotional intelligence with the capacity to engage in high-trust, high-impact discussions with both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Willingness and flexibility to travel nationally, including evenings and weekends.
