This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Engage with potential students to assist them in their choice to enroll in the school.
• Articulate the school’s philosophy and attributes while advocating for prospective students.
• Achieve specified quantitative activity benchmarks accurately, professionally, compliantly, and ethically.
• Create and oversee action plans to fulfill qualitative performance objectives.
• Guide prospective students through the admissions process in compliance with federal and state regulations, school policies, procedures, and accrediting standards.
• Conduct interviews via phone and in-person, utilizing chat, text messaging, and email to identify prospects and assess their educational needs, concerns, and interests.
• Build rapport and maintain regular communication throughout the enrollment process.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid and Academic teams to provide exceptional service.
• Deliver quality assistance to veterans and agencies and coordinate external events.
• Support the Admissions department with training and assistance as necessary.
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Proficient computer skills are essential.
• Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the phone, along with good written communication abilities.
• Capability to effectively utilize relevant school systems, databases, and tools.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous tasks.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in the work environment or schedule.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly structured and regulated work environment.
• A four-year degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or an equivalent international institution is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in post-secondary education may be considered as a substitute for the preferred four-year degree.
• Familiarity with Google products (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) is preferred.
