This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Engage with prospective students to support their decision-making process regarding school attendance.
• Articulate the school's philosophy and features while advocating for potential students.
• Adhere to established quantitative activity standards in a precise, professional, compliant, and ethical manner, utilizing approved admissions processes and procedures.
• Regularly assess and operate within monthly activity metrics to meet minimum standards.
• Create and implement action plans to achieve qualitative performance benchmarks.
• Guide prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, school policies, procedures, and accrediting standards.
• Utilize telephone and in-person interviews, chat, text messaging, and email to identify prospects and understand their educational requirements, concerns, and interests.
• Build rapport with prospective students and maintain regular communication throughout the enrollment process.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid and Academic departments to deliver exceptional service.
• Offer quality support to Veterans and Agencies and coordinate external events with organizations and students.
• Assist the Admissions department with necessary support and training as required.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Proficient computer skills are essential.
• Preferably experienced with Google products (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
• Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone, along with strong written communication abilities.
• A persistent attitude combined with positivity and a self-motivated work approach.
• Mature, positive, and collaborative interpersonal skills.
• Capability to effectively utilize relevant school systems, databases, and tools.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines for multiple tasks concurrently.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in the work environment or schedule.
• Proficient in communicating effectively via phone, email, text, and in-person with students and staff from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly structured and regulated environment.
• Capability to work remotely in any state where Ancora is licensed or approved to operate.
