This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Engage with prospective students to assist them in making informed decisions about their education.
• Articulate the school’s philosophy and distinctive features while advocating for potential students.
• Consistently meet the school’s quantitative activity benchmarks in an accurate, professional, compliant, and ethical manner.
• Evaluate monthly activities to ensure alignment with minimum activity standards.
• Create and oversee action plans to achieve qualitative performance objectives.
• Guide prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, school policies, and accrediting standards.
• Conduct interviews via phone and in person, utilizing chat, text messaging, and email to identify prospects' educational needs, concerns, and interests.
• Build rapport and maintain regular communication throughout the enrollment process.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid and Academic departments to deliver exceptional service.
• Provide quality assistance to Veterans and Agencies, and facilitate external events with organizations and students.
• Support the Admissions department in training and other relevant needs as required.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and/or customer service is essential.
• Proficiency in computer skills is necessary.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the phone, along with good written communication abilities are required.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays is expected.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines for multiple tasks concurrently.
• Adaptability and flexibility to changes in the work environment or schedule are important.
• Effective communication with students and staff from diverse backgrounds via phone, email, text, and in person is essential.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a highly structured and regulated environment.
• Flexibility to work remotely in any states where Ancora is licensed or approved to operate.
• Experience with Google products (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) is preferred.
• A four-year degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or an equivalent international degree is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in post-secondary education may be accepted as an alternative to the preferred degree.
• Proficiency in using relevant school systems, databases, and tools is required.
