Executive Admissions Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the initial contact for potential students considering enrollment at AMU/APU.

• Interact with prospective students through phone and email with the objective of enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to evaluate needs and highlight the advantages of an APUS education.

• Offer customized solutions and assist with enrollment when appropriate.

• Achieve and surpass targeted goals and performance metrics.

• Connect students with various departments for document collection, registration, funding, transfer credits, and degree solutions.

• Maintain regular follow-ups through phone and electronic communication.

• Ensure the protection of student account privacy in accordance with FERPA regulations.

• Assess academic records and documentation for admission purposes.

• Oversee and update prospective student information in CRM and other software platforms.

• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Academic Advising, the Registrar, and additional departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of online admissions experience working with adult learners in a sales-oriented/consultative role.

• Proven history of meeting and/or exceeding performance metrics.

• Self-motivated and comfortable with making numerous outbound calls daily (high volume).

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a strong telephone presence.

• A genuine passion and enthusiasm for assisting and empowering others to achieve success.

• Proven ability to excel as an individual contributor and meet deadlines.

• High-speed Internet connection at home.

• A dedicated workspace is required.

• Adherence to federal student privacy laws (FERPA).
