
Executive Account Manager, Medical Device Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to customer account management.
• Establish and nurture robust, long-term client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to optimize profitability.
• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions in line with customer needs and objectives.
• Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Generate new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.
• Forecast and monitor key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual projections.
• Compile reports on the status of accounts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to pinpoint and expand opportunities within the territory.
• Provide assistance with challenging client requests or escalation of issues as necessary.
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams, such as Customer Service and Product Development, to enhance the customer experience.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience in a related discipline.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in an Account Manager role.
• Background in Medical Device Manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or a similar position.
• Capacity to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level personnel.
• Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot).
• Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions that meet customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple account management projects while ensuring attention to detail.
• Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
