This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement go-to-market campaigns utilizing events and Indeed sourcing.

• Enhance candidate engagement and increase lead-to-hire conversion rates.

• Establish audience targeting and scheduling strategies.

• Oversee paid media budgets and bidding for Indeed.

• Evaluate and refine paid media and sourcing campaigns.

• Direct the comprehensive planning, execution, and enhancement of both virtual and in-person events.

• Coordinate event design, production, setup, logistics, communications, marketing, and post-event follow-up.

• Aggregate performance metrics from multiple sources.

• Assess campaign performance and provide clear actionable insights.

• Conduct A/B testing and enhance messaging and creative content.

• Create candidate pipelines at scale for global recruitment initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience in launching and scaling digital campaigns.

• Demonstrated success in achieving results through testing and implementing marketing strategies.

• A solid marketing background is essential; this role is not a conventional recruiting position.

• Individual contributor position.

• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional marketing initiatives for both external and internal events, digital webinars, or conferences.

• Familiarity with event/marketing automation platforms; proficiency in Zoom Webinar and Eloqua is mandatory.

• Experience in managing substantial paid advertising budgets and optimizing ad expenditure through continuous performance evaluation.

• Excellent storytelling and content creation abilities for both candidate- and customer-facing communications.

• Proficient in Google Analytics, Zoom Webinar, Eloqua, AJO, and paid advertising management tools.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a creative problem-solver who adapts to challenges and operates with minimal oversight.

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
