This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the strategy and comprehensive execution of Power Digital’s major event presence.
• Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and CMO to establish event objectives, target audiences, activation ideas, investments, and success plans.
• Develop a year-round schedule of executive dinners, client and prospect gatherings, community events, and innovative micro-events in key markets.
• Oversee sponsorship assessment and negotiation, budgets, venues, vendors, production, invitations, attendee experience, travel and logistics, gifting and swag, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up.
• Equip Power leaders with briefing materials, speaking support, schedules, and on-site coordination.
• Work alongside Partnerships, marketing, and sales teams to align events with priority audiences, accounts, partners, campaigns, and commercial objectives.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve event planning, research, personalization, operational workflows, and post-event evaluation.
• Develop repeatable playbooks, timelines, measurement frameworks, and post-event summaries.
• Monitor event performance, attendance and engagement, budgets, execution quality, and lessons learned post-event.
• Continuously enhance Power Digital’s annual event and experiential strategy.
• Create unique activations and a scalable micro-event framework.
• Execute other relevant duties as assigned.
• Over 6 years of experience managing B2B events, experiential marketing, field marketing, or a similar role, with direct oversight of complex in-person programs.
• Proven ability to lead events from strategy through to on-site execution, covering budgets, sponsorships, vendors, production, executive involvement, and post-event assessment.
• Strong understanding of the marketing, advertising, commerce, technology, or related sectors.
• Outstanding project management and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent creative judgment and a readiness to explore unconventional ideas.
• Clear and confident communication skills with a strong executive presence.
• Ability to persuade stakeholders, negotiate externally, and prepare senior leaders for high-profile engagements.
• High level of ownership and dependability.
• Willingness to travel frequently and be actively involved before, during, and after events.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
