Events Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee participation in major iGaming events such as ICE, SiGMA, and SBC, managing everything from strategy and budget to booth design, construction, on-site execution, and post-event evaluation.

• Negotiate with organizers, agencies, and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery within budget constraints.

• Plan and execute Playson&Friends signature partner events.

• Create and provide exceptional experiences and unique moments for key clients.

• Manage concepts, venues, travel arrangements, hospitality, safety measures, timing, and guest experiences.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to develop branded and themed client hampers.

• Oversee the sourcing, production, personalization, and international distribution of promotional gifts.

• Establish a trustworthy supplier network and scalable processes to ensure consistent quality and rapid delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, client hospitality, or BTL marketing, preferably within the iGaming, tech, or entertainment sectors.

• Proven experience in delivering complex international projects from start to finish, with personal accountability for results.

• Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously while remaining calm and decisive during on-site changes.

• Experience in producing premium, high-touch experiences for VIP or key account audiences.

• Strong skills in budget management and confident negotiation with suppliers and agencies.

• A creative eye, excellent taste, and meticulous attention to brand consistency.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Knowledge of the global iGaming landscape and events ecosystem is advantageous.
