This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the comprehensive planning and execution of international conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and experiential events.
• Manage integrated timelines, production schedules, and deliverables for multiple simultaneous programs.
• Oversee venues, registration, signage, transportation, staffing, and on-site execution.
• Ensure that all event components are in line with brand standards and strategic objectives.
• Manage branding initiatives across both physical and digital event platforms.
• Coordinate and monitor over 300 event assets across various vendors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative, production, marketing, sponsorship, sales, and revenue teams.
• Design floor layouts, space utilization, attendee flow, networking, social programming, and experiential activations.
• Develop branding and activation opportunities for sponsors, supporting additional revenue streams.
• Craft attendee journeys for VIPs, executives, partners, and general attendees.
• Implement engagement strategies that include gamification and interactive elements.
• Create event-based enablement tools and messaging for field teams.
• Establish engagement opportunities that lead to measurable business outcomes and accelerate deals.
• Serve as the central project lead among internal teams, executives, vendors, and external partners.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and communication workflows.
• Provide leadership updates regarding progress, risks, and performance metrics.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendors; develop event budgets; review contracts, timelines, and invoices.
• Develop scalable processes and systems to enhance execution efficiency.
• Conduct post-event evaluations of success, attendee feedback, and ROI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in large-scale conferences, trade shows, or experiential event production.
• Robust project management skills with a track record of managing high-volume, complex deliverables.
• Proven capability to manage multiple stakeholders in dynamic environments.
• Experience with branding initiatives, exhibits, and expansive event settings.
• Strong grasp of attendee experience design, spatial planning, and event flow.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and on-site execution.
• Creative mindset with a passion for experiential design and storytelling.
• Ability to think beyond logistics to influence the overall event experience.
• Strong visual and brand sensibility.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Excel, Wrike, Cvent, Canva, Instapage, Figma, Asana, or Smartsheet is a plus.
