This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Buyers at roadshow events.

• Ensure high-quality standards and seamless execution of roadshow activities.

• Provide excellent hospitality and cultivate strong relationships with customers.

• Make certain that customers feel at ease, are aware of their turn, and have their inquiries addressed.

• Maintain a consistent look and feel for events across various locations, including banners, signage, refreshments, and music.

• Oversee venue management on the event day by coordinating with local venue teams and serving as the on-site contact for inquiries.

• Communicate health and safety information to Buyers.

• Assist customers in understanding which items WeBuyVintage accepts and does not accept.

• Set realistic expectations for customers from the outset.

• Deliver a reliable and trustworthy customer experience.

• Exchange best practices and effective operational methods between roadshows and other locations.

• Aid in the implementation and compliance with new processes across roadshows.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, social work, or customer service.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Capability to swiftly establish strong connections with both colleagues and customers.

• Proficient in explaining processes and information in a clear and straightforward manner.

• Familiarity with being part of a customer-facing team that interacts with a diverse clientele.

• Experience in identifying customer issues/questions and providing examples of how these were resolved, even without having immediate answers.

• Background in organizing or assisting with customer-facing events.

• Ability to foster strong relationships with internal colleagues throughout the organization and relay event feedback.

• Willingness to travel daily for 1–2 hours for this position.

• A valid full UK Driving Licence.

• Capability to reach locations that are occasionally not accessible by public transport.
