This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Implement creative, impactful, and locally relevant event vehicle experiences for a global beverage corporation.

• Bring regional expertise in sports, music, art, and gaming to strategic vehicle usage plans.

• Work collaboratively with internal client teams across various departments.

• Oversee event vehicle usage and enhance utilization in targeted markets and audiences.

• Maintain daily communication with regional and national stakeholders regarding strategy and best practices.

• Coordinate activation schedules based on regional priorities and consumer interests.

• Handle all aspects of event vehicle logistics, including driving, staging, setup/teardown, product procurement, entertainment, and onboard equipment management.

• Act as a public-facing brand ambassador and address consumer inquiries.

• Inform event organizers about vehicle capabilities and event support ideas.

• Obtain necessary permits.

• Ensure vehicle maintenance, regular servicing, cleanliness, and checks of onboard entertainment systems.

• Organize and present regional program plans.

• Create event recaps for both regional and national stakeholders.

• Maintain networks of mechanics, equipment specialists, artists, DJs, and other relevant professionals.

• Manage monthly and annual activation budgets and submit expense reports promptly.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in events, hospitality, marketing, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.

• Strong interest in sports, gaming, and cultural marketing.

• Confident, enthusiastic, resourceful, tech-savvy, innovative, self-motivated, and a creative problem solver.

• High level of organizational skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Adaptability to fluid situations.

• High standards of integrity and professionalism.

• Ability and enthusiasm for building and nurturing relationships within a marketing organization.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, and other business communication platforms.

• Interest in or knowledge of heritage sports such as motocross, skateboarding, surfing, and wakeboarding.

• Interest in or knowledge of local music and arts culture, or experience as an emcee or DJ.

• Capability to drive and manage event vehicle operations, including staging, setup/teardown, product procurement, entertainment, and onboard equipment.
